ISI Elite Training
ISI Elite training is one of the nation’s fastest growing boutique fitness franchises and has consistently been awarded in the top 500 on Entrepreneur’s list of emerging franchises year after year. I worked alongside a small marketing team at the company’s HQ in Charlotte NC to help keep up with a high volume of graphical needs, but also to create a stronger sense of brand consistency with my previous experience in corporate roles. As an avid gym bro myself, ISI had a collection of eclectic and exciting projects to take on with a subject matter that I am passionate about.
Social Media Graphics
Social media templates for promotional events are never out of demand. One challenge that franchising faces is creating consistency among locations while still maintaining the level of autonomy and creativity of the franchisees. One of my main roles was to create a number of appealing graphics in Photoshop and format them into easily editable, yet consistent, templates for social media use (mainly Instagram). Here are a couple examples!
All of ISI’s promotional assets ranging from social media, emails, video, and even retail begin in the conceptual phase when making print, which is a process I would ideate with our Director of Retail Nick Day. Print assets include flyers, window clings, a-frames, postcards, yard signs, etc. Franchise partners would order these items from an online store I would manage thru Vista Print.
BadgeS
One of the more innovative and adventurous projects I took on was to help gamify the process of attending sessions at ISI by providing members with badges they could earn on the ISI Elite Training app. The badges are categorized by Milestones (how many sessions a member attends), Streaks (how many consecutive sessions a member attends), and special badges with their own unique requirements. All of the badges were made in Adobe Illustrator and uploaded to fitness CRM interface/phone app called Axle. Take a look at a few badge examples and accompanying social graphics below!
